How does shipping work?

Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. With standard shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders over 80 CHF. Delivery also takes 1 to 3 business days.

For most deliveries we mainly use the Swiss Post.

Please note: All delivery times are based on the advertised ship date. Should your item have a pre-order date (stated on the product page), this will be the approximate ship date and pre-order items will be delivered within the timeframes above.

How much does delivery cost?

Deliveries in Switzerland cost 7 CHF as standard.

For orders over 80 CHF you can receive free delivery.

Can I change the delivery address?

Please note that our orders are processed quickly in our fulfillment center so we may have limited flexibility, but we will certainly do our best to help you.

*Please note: We are unable to redirect or retrieve orders that have already been delivered to an incorrect address, so please ensure you carefully check your address details entered during checkout.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

If you live in Switzerland, you do not have to pay any customs or import fees.

Please note that if you are outside of Switzerland, you may be required to pay customs duties and/or additional import fees to receive your order.

How does a return work?

We offer returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded (unless our delivery is defective).

However, not all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded from our return policy will be noted on the product pages and/or during checkout. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be initiated for return and posted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered/received.
  2. Items must not be marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase unless defective.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "as new" condition. This includes attached tags and special packaging.
  4. You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

*Please note: If you request a refund for a bundle, the bundle price (for retained products) will no longer be valid. The retained items will be reset to the current sale price and a refund will be issued for the remaining amount.

Example:

Purchased Diana Alushi Lashes Pack for 83CHF

Keep one lash pack, return the rest of the order, current selling price of one lash pack = 21CHF

Your refund is 83CHF - 21CHF = 62 CHF

The above example is for illustrative purposes only, the total amount will be calculated at the time of your refund request.

How do I cancel an order?

If your order was placed less than 90 minutes ago, you can cancel your order completely and get a refund. To do so, contact us at info@dianaalushi-shop.com.

If more than 90 minutes have passed since you placed your order, we may not be able to cancel or change your order. Please contact us at info@dianaalushi-shop.com . Our dedicated lash consultants will review your request. Please note that our orders are processed quickly in our fulfillment center, so we may have limited flexibility, but we will certainly do our best to help you.

What are Diana Alushi Lashes made of?

Our lashes are handmade and cruelty free, on a cotton band.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, you can! You can send Diana Alushi Lashes products as gifts by entering the lucky recipient's address as the "Shipping Address" and your address as the "Billing Address."

*Please note: Since we use external shipping partners, we unfortunately cannot include messages or gift wrapping in the package!

How do I use a discount code?

Just go to checkout and on the first page you will see a box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code". Enter your discount code and click "Apply". Discount codes are entered before the payment page so you know exactly how much you are saving.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you wish to purchase multiple items with different discount codes, we recommend placing separate orders. Some discounts are already applied via the crossed out price on the product page. If a code does not work for your order, please make sure you have applied the correct code for your order (e.g. some codes only work for certain products such as lash bundles or accessories).
